Biographical Profile

Mr. Radcliff is the CEO of CompeteNet which he founded in 1997. He has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry with such notable high-tech firms as Sun Microsystems, Apple Computer, and Unisys Corporation. Mr. Radcliff is considered an expert in the development of effective competitive selling strategies, and, as such, has consulted with many top technology companies, including Apple, Compaq, Dell Computer, Digital Equipment, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Intel, Motorola, Sun Microsystems, and Unisys. While he was a Senior Sales Executive with Apple Computer, the company achieved its highest success in software sales since the introduction of the Macintosh. At Sun Microsystems, he developed software strategies with Sun’s senior management, including the CEO and COO, and helped create the Solaris operating system brand. From 1997-2001, Mr. Radcliff served as Marketing Chairperson for the UNIX International standards organization. In high demand as a motivational speaker, Mr. Radcliff has made presentations before large audiences worldwide since 1995. His focus is in helping drive more effective sales programs, which led to his invention of SimSell™, a state-of-the-art simulated learning solution that helps sales forces gain and maintain a sustainable competitive advantage. Mr. Radcliff holds a B.B.A. in Marketing and Franchise from the University of Miami.
