Biographical Profile

Dian is the founder and CEO of The Investor Relations Group, Inc. (IRG), a leading investor relations and corporate communications firms established in 1995. She is also a partner at The Quanstar Group (www.quanstar.com). Dian is on of the nation’s foremost media experts on using targeting public relations to leverage advertising results and build brand equity. Prior to launching IRG, Dian worked in affiliation with Paramount BioCapital, Inc. Dian has appeared as a regular expert guest on Good Day New York, CNBC News, CNBC: Alive & Wellness, The Sally Jessy Raphael Show, The Gordon Elliot Show, and The Rolanda Show. Other media relations included regular requests for expert interviews with 1010 WINS, Columbia News Wire, and The Medical Core. In addition to CAPITALIZATION SUCCESS: The Investor Relations Group’s Guide to a Bigger and Better Market Cap, Dian is the author of The 101 Platinum-Plus Rules of Media Engagement and four other books on unrelated topics. In the early 1980s, Dian was a 50% partner at Spotlite Marketing, the corporate sponsorship division of Spotlite Enterprises, Ltd., then the largest comedy talent agency, representing a “who’s who” of comedic talent, including Jay Leno, Jerry Seinfeld, Paul Reiser, Alan King and others. In June 2006, Dian was elected to the Board of Directors of The American Heart Association.
